Our technical support is world-class and is included, free of charge to you as a reseller. You have access to technical experts, 24 hours a day, every day and can get in touch easily via online chat (U.K business hours) or email & ticket 24/7. There are, however, some things that we cannot help you with and these are detailed in our terms.
Additionally, we can only provide technical support to you as the reseller, we do not handle your customers support issues and/or your customers “how too’s”, as a reseller you are responsible for first line of support to your customers.
