We accept payment via PayPal, Credit Card or Debit Card payments using Stripe for payment processing or via Direct Bank Transfer. All payments must be made in GBP (£).

Dedicated servers are expensive pieces of equipment and require IT expertise to install and manage in-house. Dedicated server hosting provides a cost-effective solution whereby customers can lease the server rather than having to buy it, and have the host look after the hardware. So customers can get on with installing the software they need and not worry about hardware.

All our servers are unmanaged, this means we only handle hardware related problems – problems with the physical machine itself – not any software problems. Day to day operation and maintenance of the server at a software level will be up to the customer. However if there are any hardware problems, we are just a message away to resolve the issue for you.

There are no long term contracts with any of our services. However, due to the cost of setting up and disconnecting servers at the data centre, we require 30 days advance notice to cancel an active dedicated server. For full details, please refer to our SLA.

Only if absolutely necessary. We understand some customers need total control over their server, so, at your request, we can add an instruction to your account requiring our technicians to acquire permission first.

If you choose a server with a control panel, such as cPanel or Plesk, then little knowledge is required. In most cases, you can manage your server solely through the control panel’s simple, web-based interface. If you choose not to have a control panel, then some knowledge of server administration is recommended.

All servers come with full root SSH access. You have full control over your server.
